Tom shares more Animaniacs audition audio including audtions for Minerva Mink, Newt, Yakko, Dr. Scratchansniff, the Goodfeathers, Dot, Rita and Runt, and Dot! Severeal voice actors can be heard in these tapes, including Tress MacNielle, Rob Paulsen, Maurice LaMarche, Frank Welker, and Joe Alaskey.
Tom shares discusses the animation process Animaniacs had. Starting from the writing process, storyboarding, and working with the various animation companies that helped bring Animaniacs to life. Tom shares how StarToons was selected after first being initially rejected for the show. The strengths of each studio are discussed and how they were selected to animate certain characters.
Tom answers a few questions from the audience including "Who came up with the idea for a Warner Bros. Store tour with the voice actors?" and "Which was the best and worst episode(s) to work on?"

Joey shares some audio from Randy Rogel's panel from Tucson Comic Con. Members of the audience asked Mr. Rogel questions and learned about his background in composing songs and writing cartoons.
Joey shares his experience and some audio highlights of "Animaniacs Live" from the Rialto Theater in Tucson, Arizona. The full show of "Animaniacs Live" lasted approximately two hours and included a Q and A encore. Some selected songs and questions are played. Joey was able to ask Rob about his new position as voice director for the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Rob didn't seek out the job as voice director, but was instead approached by the creators of the show to take on the new job. He shares his experience with the new cast finding out that he provided the voices of so many of their favorite cartoon characters.

They eventually get rid of her by having her take over Button's job of chasing after Mindy.
This episode features brings up a discussion of "Jurassic Park" and "Petticoat Junction" which are both referenced in this cartoon.
Slappy decides to get plastic surgery to compete with all the young cartoon actresses. Walter Wolf sneaks into the operating room and tries to mangle her face but Slappy ends up switching places with Walter and he ends up looking like a Hello Nurse!
