Each week, Joey, Nathan and Kelly revisit an episode of Animaniacs, Tiny Toon Adventures, Pinky and the Brain, or Freakazoid! Today the hosts discuss episode 5 of Freakazoid which features Freakazoid's sidekick "Foamy the Freakadog" and Lord Bravery has trouble securing his superhero name in "Office Visit."

Foamy the Freakadog

In the first major segment of our episode discussion Freakazoid recalls his sidekick Foamy and how he assisted Freakazoid in some epic battles. Foamy actually hurts Freakazoid more than helps him, but he's just so cute!

Office Visit

Lord Bravery finds out that he can't be called Lord Bravery anymore because a Bake Shop used it first. He must go on a quest to get his name back, but first he must convince multiple patrons in the city to change their names too.

This episode references a hardware store that Paul Rugg visited when he was young. To learn about it visit his blog HERE.

Odds and Ends

There's lots of other bits and pieces that are discussed in this episode!

  • An intro about "In Stereo Where Available"
  • An Ode to Leonard Nimoy
  • Conversational Norwegian
  • An Emergency Broadcast System Test
