Hearts of Twilight is a classic episode of Animaniacs that almost never came to be. Influenced heavily by "Apocalypse Now" and the documentary "Hearts of Darkness" this cartoon written by Paul Rugg was initially rejected by Tom Ruegger! Paul talks to the Animanicast and explains how he wrote the episode and why it's one of his favorite episodes of the show. Tom then welcomes a very famous director and asks him questions that we've all wanted the answers to. This is an episode that will make you chant "Froynlaven!"

Another classic Animaniacs comic is discussed! This time, it's issue #19 from the Animaniacs comic book series. It's an issue that raises many questions, but not many laughs with a parody of "The X-files." Kelly summarizes the Warners story and Nathan summarizes Pinky and the Brain's story. Joanna joins the group to give her artistic point of view on the stories and the artwork which includes art by Charles Adlard from "The Walking Dead" and an extremely different cover from artist Miran Kim.
