Plus a guest appearance by Charles M. Howell IV! How many water towers will this classic episode get?
Pinky and the Brain are joined by a third mouse-- Larry. Larry goes out with Pinky and the Brain in their latest scheme to take over the world but ends up becoming a hindrance more than being helpful. Larry leaves but is later replaced by another third wheel-- Zeppo.
The Brain needs to take over the steel industry of Pittsburgh and getting all the humans out of the way.
